At MZ Wallace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 21-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items. All returned products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

Return Process

  After completing the online form, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original accessories and dust bags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-10 business days.
